Rev. Dr. Jamie R. Wilson
Fellowship of Christian Athletes
Area Director
Camden County, NJ
My Story
Hello, my name is Jamie Wilson. I currently reside in Jackson, NJ. I have been in church ministry for 17 years. I am married to my beautiful wife, Katie, and we have four kids. Their names are Hunter (21), Dylan (19), Savanna (18), and Kyla (11). I was born and raised in Southern West Virginia, where I was the son of a preacher. Following high school, I spent nine years in the Marine Corps, where I was part of both Operation Enduring Freedom following 9/11 and then two months later spent six months in Operation Iraqi Freedom, where I had the honor of assisting in the mission to rescue the first female prisoner of war in An Nasiriyah, Iraq Jessica Lynch, a fellow West Virginian.
I have a doctorate in Discipleship from Liberty University and have been trained by the Billy Graham School of Evangelism and in Discipleship by the Bonhoeffer Project, which renowned Christian author Bill Hull runs. This led to God opening the door for me and my family to become the Area Director for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) in Camden County, NJ. It has always been my prayer that I would have the chance to be a missionary or evangelist. Now, God has opened the door, giving me the desires of my heart in doing both.

Who We Are
We are a community working to see the world transformed by Jesus Christ
through the influence of coaches and athletes.
Why We Do It
We desire to see every coach and athlete enter into a growing relationship
with Jesus Christ and His church.
What We Do
We seek to make disciples through our strategy of engaging, equipping and empowering coaches and athletes to know and grow in Christ and lead others to do the same.
The world needs Jesus, as does our own backyard!
International Mission Board reports that around “158,000 people are DYING DAILY WITHOUT CHRIST. (That’s one person every 1.8 seconds!) Locally, we know in South Jersey, one person dies without Christ every 4.2 minutes.”
What Can We Do?
Partnership
The Fellowship of Christian Athletes is uniquely positioned to make an impact on school campuses. We have the oppurtunity to build relationships with students by using Jesus' example in John 4. Jesus built a relationship with the woman first and then presented the Gospel to her. As a missionary with FCA, I will be able to evangelize and disciple students, coaches, and school administration on campus and in the classroom.
I would love to meet with you over the phone or Zoom to discuss this exciting ministry opportunity and explain how you can partner with me to be the hands and feet of Jesus to a broken generation of students. Getting the Gospel to our kids is more crucial than it has ever been, as they are bombarded with the false security of a godless culture.
Please click on the link below to schedule a time to talk via phone, email, or Zoom so I can explain how we can reach the least of these in our own backyard.
